Please check: • Multi-part last names: enter your surname WITHOUT spaces (for example, "De la Cruz" becomes "Delacruz"), or try just the first part. • Check the PNR carefully: copy and paste it to avoid typos. • Second PNR (Airline Booking Reference): airlines often assign their own reference in addition to the system code. Try your PNR first; if it does not work, use the Airline Booking Reference (the second PNR) shown on your itinerary - contact us and we can provide it. Note that some airlines do not allow online PNR status checks; in that case you can find your valid reservation on CheckMyTrip. • Still having issues? Yes — that's the whole point. Open the carrier's "Manage my booking" page, enter your PNR (or, if the airline uses a separate code, the Airline Booking Reference - the second PNR - shown on your itinerary) plus your surname, and the reservation appears, same as any agency booking.
